Based on the combination of your feedback and our experience with coach groups, Rations Café has put together some menu options for your consideration. The advantages of choosing one of these options for your group are as follows:
1. Guaranteed availability of selected option items
2. No more standing in queue during peak meal periods
3. No more having to make decisions from menus and counter food and making individual payments. Group Leader/Coach Driver will make a single payment to the café on behalf of the customers.
4. Pre-ordered menu will be set up on the buffet awaiting your arrival. This will speed up lunch considerably and give your customers a lot more leisure time to visit the museum, gift shop or just ‘stretch their legs’ before boarding the coach again.
5. No surprises – Customers know exactly how much and what they are paying for
6. Much cheaper than selecting these items individually. For e.g. If the items in ‘Light Lunch 1’ is purchased individually, the customer spend would be as follows:
Soup of the Day & home baked bread - from $8.00
Home baked mini pie (each) - $3.50
Filled home made roll - $4.00
Home made baking (average each) - $3.50
Tea /Filter Coffee - $3.50
Total = $22.50
As a pre-ordered group package, this option will only cost $14.50* per person.

7. *Conditions are as follows:
a. The group, menu and final numbers must be confirmed no less than 4 working days prior to the day of arrival.
b. Payment for the lunch will be made as a single transaction for the whole group – minimum 20 persons.
c. Payment will be made for the final numbers as per the last confirmation
